Oficinas What If

It was originally a residential building with a commercial base built at the beginning of the 20th century. It is developed on 3 levels, it is centered around a large central interior garden which is accessed through an ornate hall in which the marble staircase stands out. It is part of an eclecticism typical of the time, with some details influenced by Art Nouveau.

We recycled this building while maintaining its interior and exterior characteristics. The façade remains intact, while inside the interior patio it is treated in the same way, articulating.
