Los Beatles

Residential building with a commercial base on the corner built around 1930. It is developed on the ground floor and two upper levels. The ground floor houses the main entrance and a commercial premises, while two homes are housed on each upper level. Stylistically it subscribes to the Art Deco guidelines. The building does not present additions that substantially modify the original design.

We recycled this building maintaining all its original characteristics: facade, volume and interior. On the ground floor there are 2 commercial premises. On floors 1 and 2, 4 units with 3 bedrooms. We gave those on the upper levels their own access to the roof terrace with privileged views of Cerro de la Victoria, overlooking the iconic Pérez Castellano Pedestrian.
