El Mirador

Building built at the end of the 19th century, intended for housing with a commercial ground floor. It is presumed that it originally formed a complex, with a similar facade formalization, with its boundary. This remains practically unchanged, maintaining the iron balcony and the parapet.

We recycled this building maintaining its original use and characteristics. Commercial ground floor, where 2 commercial units are located. On the upper floor of the existing volume there are 4 housing units with their own and shared roof terraces.
